*Privacy Policy for Members of Pateka e.V.*<\/p>

With the following information, we provide you with an overview of how your personal data is processed by the association and inform you about your rights under data protection regulations:<\/p>

1. The responsible body for data processing by the association is the board, represented by Ms. Tug\u0306c\u0327e Mago, who can be contacted via email at info@pateka.com.<\/p>

2. The association processes personal data only to the extent necessary for establishing, executing, and terminating membership or for exercising and fulfilling rights and obligations arising from the law or for protecting legitimate interests. Relevant data includes, in particular, personal details such as name, address, contact details, bank details, date of birth, as well as the date of joining and leaving and the duration of membership. Data collection usually takes place directly from you.<\/p>

3. The legal basis for processing personal data is data protection legislation, specifically Art. 6 (1) DS-GVO, as far as the consent of the affected member is required.<\/p>

4. Only those persons have access to the data who need it to fulfill the tasks mentioned in section 2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties or international organizations. The association has no intention of transferring personal data to third parties.<\/p>

5. The data will be processed by the association for as long and to the extent necessary to fulfill the tasks in section 2. If the data is no longer required, it will be regularly deleted in accordance with the 10-year statutory retention period, unless further processing is required to preserve evidence within statutory limitation periods, which can be up to 30 years but typically last 3 years.<\/p>

6. As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object, and data portability (Art. 15 to 21 DS-GVO). However, access and deletion rights are subject to legal restrictions under \u00a7\u00a7 34 and 35 BDSG. Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (Art. 77 DS-GVO in conjunction with \u00a7 19 BDSG).<\/p>

7. If you have given consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, with future effect. The lawfulness of processing up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.<\/p>
